Scope and browsing data
This notice covers this website and messages prepared through the links and enquiry form provided on it. External services reached through links operate under their own privacy notices.
Hosting and security systems may process IP address, date and time, requested resource, response status, browser, operating system, device and other technical information required for secure operation. The controller does not use this data to identify visitors and has not installed independent profiling tools.
Information you provide and the enquiry form
When you contact the studio by email, certified email, phone or WhatsApp, your name, contact details, message, attachments and any other information you choose to provide may be processed.
The form processes entries only in your browser and prepares a message in your email application. The website does not receive or store the information entered and does not provide file uploads. Data is transmitted only when you personally confirm sending through your email provider.
Please do not send special-category data or unnecessary documents in an initial enquiry. Where such information is essential to a professional engagement, it will be processed only with the safeguards required by law.
Purposes and lawful bases
Personal data may be processed for the following purposes and on the following lawful bases.
- Website delivery and security, abuse prevention and error diagnosis: legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Responding to enquiries and preparing quotations: steps taken at the data subject’s request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Managing a professional engagement: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Administrative, tax, accounting and professional obligations: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims: legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Optional analytics or marketing technologies: prior, withdrawable consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code).
Whether information is required
Strictly necessary technical data is processed to provide secure access. Information submitted for an enquiry is optional, but without essential details the studio may be unable to reply or prepare a quotation.
Consent to optional cookie categories is always voluntary. Refusal does not restrict access to content or prevent you from contacting the studio.
Cookies and website technologies
The website is prepared for Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement. These optional services remain technically disabled until configured by the controller and, once configured, until the visitor positively selects the relevant category.
The choice is stored in the browser for no more than six months. Consent Mode v2 communicates the analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization states to Google; all are denied by default. Preferences can be changed or withdrawn at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Recipients, security and international transfers
Where necessary, data may be processed by authorised persons, collaborators, professional advisers, hosting and IT-security providers, email, certified-email and telecommunications providers, and competent public authorities where required by law.
The website is published through ChatGPT Sites, a technology service provided by OpenAI. Providers acting on behalf of the controller are bound, where required, by agreements under Article 28 GDPR.
Where the visitor consents and the tools are configured, Google Ireland Limited may receive technical data, online identifiers, the page visited and interaction events to produce statistics and measure advertising conversions. Information entered in the contact form is not sent to Google.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another safeguard under Articles 44 and following of the GDPR.
Retention periods
- Technical data and logs: for as long as required for operation, security and incident handling under the provider’s policies.
- Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: normally no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless needed to protect legal rights.
- Engagement and administrative records: for the duration of the relationship and subsequent statutory periods, normally 10 years for accounting documents.
- Disputes: until final resolution and expiry of subsequent legal protection periods.
Your rights
Where applicable under Articles 15–22 GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
Requests may be sent to the controller. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or seek a judicial remedy.
Children, automated decisions and updates
The website and professional services are not specifically directed at children. The controller does not use solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects and does not carry out profiling through this website.
This notice may be updated when the website, services, providers or law changes. The date shown above identifies the current version.
